PrintGang is run by LGP Creative Ltd, Kent, United Kingdom. This page covers the printgang.co.uk website. If you use the software, it is covered separately below.

Requesting the software

When you fill in the form on the home page we store what you give us: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, what printers you use, how many schools you photograph if you provide it, and whether you ticked the setup service box.

We use it to reply to you, to work out whether PrintGang suits your setup, to invoice you if you go ahead, and to send you the software and its instructions. We do not send anything else, we do not sell or share it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

What you send arrives as an email and stays in our mailbox. We do not add it to a database or a mailing list. Emails are sent through Resend, and our host, Vercel, processes the form submission on the way through.

Removing yourself

Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@printgang.co.uk, and we will delete your details. You do not have to give a reason. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.

The software itself

PrintGang runs on your own computer. Your orders, customer details and photographs stay on that machine and are never sent to us. Once licensing is introduced, the software will check a licence key and an anonymous machine identifier — nothing about your orders or customers.

This website

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request. Our host, Vercel, keeps ordinary server logs.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
